Return and Warranty Policy

Returns
We do not accept returns. However, we offer a 30-day exchange warranty for manufacturers' defects. Please see the warranty section for more details.

Warranty
Hardware/Kits: We offer exchanges for a 30-day period (from delivery date) for manufacturers' defects on all hardware/kits. Disposables: We offer exchanges for a 24-hour period (from purchase date) for defects on all disposables. Exclusions: Coils, Wire, Drip Tips, Tool kits, and E-Liquid are not covered. Common Issues: Firing button, Screen/Display, Battery charging. Please retain all packaging during the warranty period. Serial numbers (usually on the box) are required to process your claim.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We will ship the replacement at our expense. If you receive a product dead on arrival, we will pay for the return shipping.
