Here at Cold Turkey, we’ve tried a lot of different vapes - more than we can count on both wings. There’s been a lot of innovation in the market, but we were hungry for something new.
What a delightful surprise OXBAR’s newest innovation, the TRI-FUSION, has been. It’s exactly what we didn't even know we needed: A disposable that lets you craft your own flavours.
What To Expect From The OXBAR TRI-FUSION
Here’s how it works: The TRI-FUSION has three tanks, and three buttons controlling those tanks. The tanks contain the three key components of your vaping experience: Sweetness (or juiciness, if you prefer), nicotine, and ice. Press on the battery to cycle through the different levels of each, and customize your vaping experience. There are:

That’s 100 different ways to experience each and every TRI-FUSION vape - and with 14 different flavours available, that’s 1400 different vaping experiences. There are also two different airflow options - MTL or RTDL - so you could argue we’re talking about 2800 different vaping experiences across its lineup!

Design
The TRI-FUSION is a pretty unique vape; its design follows suit. The three buttons control the level of intensity from each tank. The large, colourful display tells you what intensity you have set for each and how much juice you have left in each tank.
Pressing any button three times in a row activates the device; it’s a simple protection feature that keeps others safe without making using your vape too difficult.
The vape itself is quite small; 116 grams and about 11 x 5 x 3 cm, so it fits in your pocket easily.
Finally, the adjustable airflow is a simple little switch at the bottom that you can toggle back and forth with a flick of your thumb. We love simplicity, and this delivers - despite being one of the more creative vapes we’ve ever seen!
We love that you can completely turn off nic on this device; sometimes it’s nice to vape without nic, and it makes it easier to share with friends who don’t use nicotine (not that we want to share too often).
Performance
The OXBAR TRI-FUSION has a 1000 mAh rechargeable battery that can last for 3 to 4 days. More importantly, the battery is rechargeable, which means that if you don’t use all of your juice in three to four days, you can just recharge your device. A pretty common feature on modern disposables, but nice to have - just don’t forget to bring yours back to our store to recycle when you’re done with it!
In terms of vapour production, we’ve had no problem in either airflow mode. The lack of a Boost Mode is a bit of a shame, because it limits vapour production somewhat, but it’s still a pretty powerful device.
Finally, while we absolutely love the three-mode feature, here’s a warning: Don’t use too much of one tank, or you’ll be stuck with the others. For example, if you put your nicotine tank on full blast while your ice and sweetness levels are set to one, you’ll run out of nic way before you run out of other juice.
Flavours
Flavours are totally subjective, but we like all of the flavours that the OXBAR TRI-FUSION offers. We tend to prefer the fruitier ones because there’s a little bit more to play with than, say, Double Mint - but the whole point of this is to create your own experience.
